SENIOR MARKETING DIRECTOR

ROLE

The Senior Marketing Director is responsible for developing, leading and executing comprehensive marketing programs for assigned new development properties. This role oversees all facets of project marketing—from positioning and brand development through launch, sales activation and ongoing campaign execution—while serving as a key liaison among developers, agency partners, consultants and the DEDM team.

The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise, sophisticated creative judgment and exceptional project management with the ability to independently lead complex, high-profile luxury residential developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing programs for luxury residential new developments.
• Partner closely with developers, investors, architects, interior designers, creative agencies and DEDM leadership to establish and advance each project's vision.
• Define project positioning, target audiences, key messaging and overarching marketing and sales strategy.
• Develop scopes of work and manage external consultants, agencies and creative partners across all marketing disciplines.
• Provide innovative marketing strategies that differentiate properties within the luxury residential marketplace.
• Direct the development of brand identity, creative campaigns, marketing collateral, digital initiatives, advertising, sales materials and visual assets.
• Develop and execute project launch strategies, including key marketing milestones, publicity initiatives, broker programs, events and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee media and public relations strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Identify and cultivate meaningful creative, cultural, hospitality, media and brand partnerships that enhance project positioning.
