Marketing Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Director of Marketing & Lead Operations to take ownership of our marketing strategy, lead-generation efforts, CRM performance, and alignment between marketing, the call center, and sales.

This will be the company’s key marketing position. Initially, the Director will work both strategically and hands-on, with the opportunity to build and lead a larger marketing team as the company grows. The ideal candidate takes initiative, identifies opportunities, solves problems, and moves projects forward without waiting for step-by-step direction.

This position will also provide strategic oversight of the call center. A Call Center Supervisor will manage daily call-center activities and team execution, while the Director will work closely with the Supervisor to ensure lead-management processes, scripts, workflows, and performance standards support the company’s goals and vision.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company revenue goals, sales capacity, seasonality, service areas, and growth objectives.
• Lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, customer segments, service areas, partnerships, and channels that support company growth.
• Monitor competitors, customer behavior, industry trends, and market conditions to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure marketing priorities remain aligned with company goals.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

• Manage digital marketing channels, including Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and website initiatives.
