The ideal candidate will take technical project scopes and information provided by our team, conduct independent industry and competitor research, and transform that information into polished, professional business-development materials.

Responsibilities

• Review project scopes, technical information, and company capabilities.
• Research the relevant industry, competitors, and leading companies to understand how similar projects and services are presented and positioned.
• Develop clear and compelling messaging and presentation storylines.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks from initial concept through final delivery.
• Develop professional brochures, capability statements, project sheets, proposals, and one-page marketing materials.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, visually compelling client-facing content.
• Develop charts, diagrams, timelines, graphics, and other visual elements to communicate technical concepts.
• Identify and highlight key differentiators, competitive advantages, and value propositions.
• Ensure all materials are professional, consistent, accurate, and aligned with the company's brand.
• Work closely with technical and business-development team members to gather information and refine materials.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, business-development meetings, proposals, conferences, and other professional settings.
