Duties

• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using media editing software.
• Monitor social media channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, ensuring positive engagement and relationship management.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity; utilize findings to refine content strategies.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels; support media outreach efforts as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or communications environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and social media analytics to track trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing precision.
• Experience in public relations or branding initiatives is a plus; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
