Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, has a strong sense of humor, understands current Instagram and TikTok trends, and can independently turn ideas into polished, engaging content.

The main goal of this position is to create a consistent, recognizable, and entertaining social media presence for Bartho’s.

  • Funny short sketches related to German beer culture, Las Vegas, bartending, and everyday bar situations
  • Authentic behind-the-scenes content
  • Personality-driven videos featuring staff and guests when appropriate
  • Event, promotion, and atmosphere-based content

  • Identify relevant trends, sounds, formats, and topics without copying other businesses
  • Ensure that content reflects Bartho’s personality, German beer identity, and Las Vegas location
  • Plan content around events, new beers, seasonal promotions, holidays, and special offers
  • Maintain a consistent visual style, tone of voice, and posting rhythm

Video Production

  • Use appropriate lighting, framing, camera movement, sound, and composition
  • Record multiple versions and angles when useful
  • Capture additional B-roll for future posts, Stories, and promotional material

Editing and Post-Production

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
  • Add captions, text overlays, subtitles, music, sound effects, and transitions where appropriate
  • Ensure that videos are easy to understand without sound

  • Keep videos concise, entertaining, and suitable for mobile viewing
  • Edit content in a way that feels professional but still authentic and approachable
  • Prepare videos in the correct format and resolution for Instagram
  • Create cover images or cover frames that are visually consistent
  • Organize and store raw footage and finished content in an accessible system

Posting and Account Support

  • Prepare and publish approximately four posts per week

  • Use relevant hashtags, location tags, and keywords
  • Tag relevant brands, breweries, collaborators, and locations when appropriate
  • Schedule posts in advance whenever possible
  • Monitor comments and direct messages and notify management of important inquiries
  • Encourage engagement through questions, calls to action, polls, and interactive Stories
  • Track basic performance metrics such as views, reach, watch time, shares, saves, comments, and follower growth
  • Provide simple monthly feedback on which content performed best and what should be repeated or improved
