Overview

Bring the organization’s work to life through thoughtful social media and digital engagement. You’ll create accessible, on-brand content, manage social media platforms, and use analytics to strengthen outreach and relationships with the community.

Duties

• Plan and publish social media content; write, proofread, and adapt posts for each platform.
• Create and edit graphics, photos, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and other media editing tools.
• Manage publishing with Hootsuite or Buffer; support Facebook Advertising, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Use social listening, search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, Google Analytics, and web and marketing analytics to monitor performance and guide improvements.
• Your impact: Clear, engaging communications help community members understand programs and connect with the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with social media management, marketing, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, media performance analytics, and online marketing analytics.
• Skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, branding, and social media communication.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and relationship management skills; Adobe, Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics experience are preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
