We are seeking Social Media Interns for an exciting internship over the summer. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact. You will have the ability to create content on whatever you want, so long as it's interesting and relevant to home improvement, construction or real estate. The Social Media intern will be a vital member of the team. This person will have a dive-right-in mindset and will be equally as excited to conduct an interview, write content, or create compelling SEO copy and as they are to assist with key behind-the-scenes tasks such as research, homepage updates, building galleries, refreshing old content, and building an audience. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with a wide array of day-to-day tasks including building articles and galleries across our social media channels
• Proactively pitch story ideas that fit into each of our content verticals
• Be open to assignments that range from trending news pieces and SEO galleries to short interviews, features, and captions
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, including editorial brainstorms
