Part-Time Social Media, E-Commerce & Administrative Assistant

We are a growing beauty and lifestyle brand looking for a creative and organized part-time assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Assist with social media marketing and product promotions
• Create simple product photos, videos, and short-form content
• Manage light order fulfillment, including packing and shipping customer orders
• Assist with occasional Amazon and wholesale order fulfillment
• Handle basic administrative and e-commerce tasks
• Occasionally reach out to wholesale retailers and potential business partners

Qualifications

• Interest in beauty, skincare, fragrance, and social media
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
• Comfortable creating simple photos and videos
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Students, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Must be located in the Reno/Sparks area

Work Arrangement

• Part-time with flexible hours
• Primarily work from home
• Local availability required for occasional product handling, order fulfillment, and content creation
• Opportunity to grow into a longer-term role

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
