Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Dozer Systems is a growing managed IT and AI services company based in Minnesota, serving construction and professional services companies across the country. We're expanding, and building our marketing presence from the ground up. That's where you come in.

The role

10-15 hours/week, flexible around your class schedule if you're a student, mostly remote. You'll build our marketing foundation from scratch and work directly with the owner.

What you'll do

• Build and manage our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) with a consistent posting cadence
• Refresh and maintain our website content
• Turn client video testimonials and interviews into case studies, website content, and short clips (clients are already lined up and willing)
• Set up our Google Business profile and basic local SEO
• Create service one-pagers and marketing materials
• Set up email marketing
• Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns
• Track results with basic analytics

You might be a fit if you're

• A marketing, communications, or business student or recent grad
• A strong writer who can make technical services sound clear, not jargony
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, and website editors, or quick to learn them
• Self-directed. You'll get clear priorities and real ownership, not micromanagement

$18-22/hour based on experience | Part-time W-2 | Flexible schedule | Located in Minnesota (this is a remote role, but MN residency is required)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
