Social Media Coordinator

This is a local-first role. You'll live and breathe social, rising trends and you are on time with delivereables.

We need someone who takes initiative, understands our members and our goals, and doesn't wait to be told what to post.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute our social media presence across platforms
• Create authentic, timely content that feels like us, not a template
• Capture real moments, real members, real wins, in the gym and in our community
• Grow engagement with our local Boise/Garden City audience
• Build and maintain relationships with members and local partners
• Turn metrics into insight, then into action

Requirements

• Must live in the Boise / Garden City area. This is a local, in-person role.
• 2+ years in social media or digital marketing
• Strong grasp of social trends, audiences, and engagement tactics
• Comfortable capturing, editing, and formatting photo and video on current tools
• Self-starter who can operate without being managed

Bonus points

• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition
• Understanding of SEO writing
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong communicator: writing, speaking, and listening
• Organized, flexible, team-first attitude
