Social Media Coordinator (Content & Design)

Collier & Associates is the largest independent real estate brokerage in Northwest Arkansas, with more than 260 agents across Rogers and Fayetteville. We are hiring our next Social Media Coordinator, and this is a creating role, not a scheduling role.

You will run our social presence day to day, design the marketing pieces our agents depend on, and shoot the short form video that makes our brand feel alive. You will report directly to our Director of Marketing on a small team where your work ships the same week you make it.

Schedule

three days onsite at our Rogers office, two days for the heads down editing, design, and writing this job requires. Office days flex around shoots and events.

What you will own

• Dailnization. You will run a content calendar for a 260 person company
• A valid driver's license and willingness to drive to listings around Northwest Arkansas
• Willingness to cover occasional evening and weekend events

Nice to have

real estate or MLS experience, photography, email marketing, paid social, comfort in WordPress or any template based site builder. None required.

What we offer

$50,000 per year, unlimited paid time off, 8 paid holidays, and a monthly mileage stipend.

Every tool provided: company laptop, company phone, and paid Canva and Adobe accounts. You will never do professional work on personal gear or expense a subscription. The company phone also means you are not handing your personal number to 260 agents.
