Job Summary

Walnut River Brewing is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy and drive growth across two critical channels: our local taproom and our wholesale distribution network. In this role, you will be the ultimate brand champion, managing everything from digital advertising and social media communities to the physical menus, signage, and merchandise that our customers and distributor partners interact with every day.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Untappd to build community and drive taproom traffic.
• Paid Advertising: Design, deploy, and optimize Google AdWords and paid social campaigns to capture local search traffic and promote flagship beer releases.
• Email & Web: Manage the brewery website, update taproom menus online, and execute monthly email newsletters for our mug club and general fans.

Creative & Graphic Design

• Visual Asset Creation: Design eye-catching digital graphics, event flyers, taproom menus, and social media templates that align with our brand identity.
• Merchandise Design: Collaborate on the creative direction for brewery merchandise, glassware, and apparel.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local printers and packaging suppliers to ensure high-quality production of physical goods.

Taproom & Event Marketing

• Point of Sale (POS) Materials: Develop and maintain all in-house marketing collateral, including table tents, chalkboards, cooler signage, and menu boards.
• Event Promotion: Plan, market, and assist in executing taproom events, trivia nights, and special beer release parties.
