Performance Marketing Specialist | Meta Ads & Creative Strategy

Job Overview

TOTYM is seeking a creative and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Meta advertising and ad creation, strong instincts for developing unique advertising concepts and hooks, and the ability to use performance data to continually test and improve campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing creative concepts and advertising angles, creating static ads, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, running A/B tests, and planning and filming short-form content.

TOTYM is a new plush toy and trading card game brand inspired by mythical creatures and ancient legends, brought to life in a cute, collectible style. As part of a small and growing brand, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence how we market our products and help shape our advertising strategy as we grow. You'll have the flexibility to experiment with different creative angles and formats, and ideas that may not fit into a traditional corporate marketing playbook.

This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, self-direction, and a willingness to experiment. We're looking for someone who can do more than simply operate Ads Manager or execute ideas provided by someone else. You'll have significant freedom to develop and test your own ideas with a brand that values human creativity and original thinking.

Remote work is not available for this position. Applicants must either be local to the Triangle area of North Carolina or willing to relocate. This is a long-term, in-person position with room for growth.
