About the Position

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly motivated Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage the marketing, advertising, social media, and digital content needs for two locally owned businesses in Greenbrier, Arkansas.

The two companies operate in completely different industries, so prior experience in a *"specific field"* is not required. What matters most is having a strong background in marketing, social media management, content creation, photography/video, advertising, and brand development, along with the ability to adapt your approach to two very different businesses and audiences.

This is not an entry-level position where extensive training will be provided on how to use social media platforms, edit content, or develop basic marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of modern marketing and can step into the role with confidence, while learning the individual brands, customers, and goals of each business.

The right person will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, use their creativity, and play an important role in helping both companies grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include managing and creating content across multiple platforms, developing marketing ideas and campaigns, and keeping both companies' online presence current and engaging.

Typical responsibilities may include

• Managing social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing multiple social media posts throughout the week
• Developing engaging photo, video, short-form, and long-form content
• Visiting job sites, projects, businesses, or other locations to capture photos and video
