Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll bring a brand’s voice to life across social media platforms. You’ll plan and create engaging content, manage publishing schedules, monitor conversations, and use analytics to strengthen digital marketing performance. Your impact: Thoughtful, timely social media communication helps audiences find useful information and builds stronger relationships with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Create, write, proofread, and edit social media content, including graphics and video, while maintaining consistent branding.
• Schedule and manage posts using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and support Facebook Advertising campaigns.
• Monitor social listening channels, respond to audience interactions, and coordinate relevant issues with public relations partners.
• Track social media analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Apply search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research insights; review marketing analytics and media performance analytics to improve content.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media marketing, social media management, social media content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong content writing, relationship management, and social media communication skills, with careful attention to proofreading.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with graphic design, media editing tools, and video editing.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and support digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools is preferred; familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising is an advantage.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
