We're looking for a creative, highly organized, and exceptionally dependable Social Media Content Creator to translate our work into polished, engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of social media—and who can independently take a marketing priority, collection of source materials, or company initiative and turn it into compelling content without requiring extensive day-to-day direction.

You'll receive brand direction, marketing priorities, photos, videos, product information, and other source materials. You'll be responsible for independently bringing those inputs to life: developing concepts, writing copy, creating visuals, editing video, and maintaining an organized publishing calendar.

This is a remote, ongoing 1099 independent contractor engagement compensated through a flat monthly retainer.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar based on company priorities, campaigns, events, and available source materials
• Create approximately 2–3 core feed content pieces per week
• Create a thoughtful mix of static posts, graphics, carousels, educational content, product and language announcements, client and impact storytelling, testimonials, and other brand content
• Write polished, audience-appropriate captions and copy
• Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok using provided footage and other appropriate source materials
• Schedule and publish approved Instagram content, with appropriate adaptation or cross-posting to Facebook
• Incorporate product photography, event
