Social Media Manager

KJS Digital Marketing is a boutique agency in the Philadelphia area. Our clients are high-value, service-based businesses, predominantly B2B.

The position requires a strong emphasis on organic social media strategies including creative content and community management. Creativity, strong communication skills, organization, hustle, and a genuine passion for social media are critical in this role.

Responsibilities Include

• Content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn including short form video, graphics, and text content. (Expect to submit a portfolio of your work)
• Produce monthly client content calendars.
• Monitor analytics and give data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
• Create, monitor, and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Creative thinking to create content that expresses the client’s brand voice.
• Grow follower base, reach, and engagement against agreed monthly targets

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of social media management experience.
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver creative and engaging content (text, image, and video). Ability to use Canva and/or other design tools to create social posts.
• Proven experience with SEO, keyword research, and AI Search
• Knowledge and proven experience with Facebook ads
• Should display sound verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
