About the Position

Angels From Heaven Home Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Community Liaison / Marketing Coordinator to help grow our client base and develop strong referral relationships throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This is not primarily a social media position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the community, visiting referral sources, making professional phone calls, developing relationships, following up with contacts, networking, and helping generate qualified home care client referrals.

Responsibilities

The Community Liaison / Marketing Coordinator will

• Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, independent living communities, senior apartments, physician offices, senior centers, hospice organizations and other healthcare/community organizations.
• Build relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners and other professionals who work with seniors and individuals needing assistance at home.
• Conduct in-person marketing visits throughout the DFW area.
• Make professional outbound marketing calls.
• Send introduction and follow-up emails.
• Follow up consistently with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities.
• Help generate private-pay home care leads.
• Develop long-term care insurance referral opportunities.
• Identify appropriate Veteran-related community and referral opportunities.
• Attend networking and community events when appropriate.
• Distribute approved agency marketing materials.
