We're looking for a creative individual to help bring our company, employees, and everyday work to life through engaging social media content.

The Role

As our Content Creator, you'll help us film, edit, and develop short-form videos for social media and advertising.

You'll visit real pest control jobs, capture interesting footage of our technicians and their work, and turn that footage into entertaining, educational, and promotional content.

We're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We want someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and takes pride in making each video better than the last.

You'll work alongside our team to develop ideas while having the creative freedom to experiment and improve your skills.

What You'll Do

• Film interesting footage of pest control jobs, technicians, pests, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and advertising.
• Develop creative video ideas, attention-grabbing hooks, and different editing styles.
• Turn existing footage into multiple unique, engaging pieces of content.
• Edit videos with appropriate music, captions, transitions, and effects.
• Occasionally create simple photo posts, graphics, and other social media content.
• Organize raw footage, finished videos, captions, and creative ideas into an easy-to-use content library.
• Collaborate with our team on content ideas and make revisions based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely loves creating videos and learning new editing techniques.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and naturally curious about what makes content engaging.
• Comfortable filming with a smartphone and editing short-form videos.
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current social media content styles.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on projects.
• Comfortable visiting job sites and working around our technicians.
• Willing to experiment, accept feedback, and continually improve.

Requirements

• Basic video filming and editing skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout the Phoenix area.
• Flexible availability
• Ability to communicate professionally and work well with our team.

No college degree, professional videography experience, or expensive camera equipment required. We care more about your creativity and willingness to improve than your résumé.

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour

, depending on demonstrated skills and experience.

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
