InstaFix is a pre-launch marketplace platform connecting customers with verified local professionals for 70+ services — home repairs, beauty, wellness, health, auto, events and more. Think Amazon meets Uber for local services. We're fully built and ready to launch. We need someone hungry to help us ignite the brand.

This is a ground floor opportunity at a startup. You won't manage an established brand — you'll build one from scratch. If you want to clock in and post generic content, this isn't for you. If you want to be part of building something big, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Post daily content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Send 50+ DMs per day to local professionals inviting them to join InstaFix
• Respond to all comments and DMs within 2 hours
• Post in local Facebook groups daily
• Set up and manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns
• Track outreach in our spreadsheet system
• Send weekly performance reports every Monday

Who We're Looking For

• Active Instagram and TikTok with real engagement
• Proven ability to grow a social media account
• Strong written communication — captions and DMs must be compelling
• Self-motivated and consistent — no hand holding
• Experience with or willingness to learn Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Canva proficiency
• South Florida market knowledge a plus

Compensation

• $500/month base — paid monthly
• $15 bonus for every verified professional you recruit to InstaFix
• $50 bonus for any content exceeding 100,000 views
• $25 monthly bonus for hitting all KPI targets
• Growth opportunity — this role grows as InstaFix grows
• Equity consideration for top performers as the company scales.
