Adams Wealth Partners is a Nashville-based wealth management firm affiliated with Raymond James, managing over $1.6B in client assets. We tell our story across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and in-person events — and we're growing our content and client-experience efforts as the firm scales.

THE ROLE

We're adding a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our Director of Marketing and Director of Client Experience as they grow AWP's content, brand presence, client events, and client experience. This is a hands-on support role — think production help, coordination, and execution — for someone who wants real marketing and event experience at a growing financial planning firm while focusing on the overall client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support content production and scheduling across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
• Help prepare materials for client events and firm gatherings (invitations, signage, run-of-show docs)
• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks: asset organization, basic graphic requests, scheduling posts
• Help track content performance and flag what's resonating
• Support logistics for client experience initiatives (events, mailers, small touches that make clients feel valued)
• Assist with scheduling client meetings and managing advisors’ calendars.
• Keep materials consistent with AWP's brand guide

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Some marketing, social media, or event coordination experience — internship-level experience welcome
• Comfortable with (or eager to learn) content scheduling tools and basic graphic design
• Organized and reliable — this role touches client-facing materials, so accuracy matters
• A team player who's comfortable supporting two different leads with different working styles
• Interest in financial services or client experience work is a plus, not a requirement
