Part-Time Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and dependable Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator to help capture and share the work we do throughout Southern California.

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys social media, photography, videography, and creating short-form content and wants hands-on experience building a company’s online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Visit active job sites throughout Southern California to capture photos and videos
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Edit Reels, videos, photos, before/after content, and project highlights
• Capture drone footage of projects when appropriate
• Help plan and schedule social media posts
• Assist with captions, hashtags, and content ideas
• Capture equipment, crews, projects, and behind-the-scenes content
• Help keep our social media pages active, professional, and consistent
• Occasionally assist with other basic marketing-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Creative, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video
• Basic photo and video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software
• Content must be intentionally edited by the creator. We are NOT looking for AI-generated or fully AI-edited content
• Drone photography/videography experience preferred but not required.
• FAA Part 107 certification is a plus but not require.
• Comfortable visiting active parking lot maintenance job sites
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be able to travel to different job sites throughout Southern California
• No Experience required, we’re open to someone early in their career who is creative, motivated, and willing to learn
