Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist

Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, an AGS Accredited Jeweler, is growing and seeking a full-time Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven professional to manage our organic social media presence and paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. This hands-on role requires proven experience using Meta Ads Manager to build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and sales.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance compelling brand storytelling with measurable digital performance. They should be comfortable managing multiple social channels, coordinating creative projects and using campaign data to continually improve results.

This is a full-time, in-office position at Lee Michaels Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Remote work is not available for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supports all traditional and social media marketing activities including Newspaper, outdoor, print ads, social media planning and execution, and some digital ads
• Responsible for ad creative requests from vendors, as well as tracking and filing coop dollars from vendors
• Assists in the execution and marketing of events
• Plays a major role in social media content creation, photo shoots, and daily social account management. Helps develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies for our brand

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with company marketing initiatives, promotions, events and brand priorities
• Ensure all organic and paid social media content adheres to the established guidelines, messaging requirements and approval processes of our brand partners
• Create, schedule and publish daily content across Facebook and Instagram, with additional content for TikTok
