As a small business, all team members must be trained in multiple roles and our Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist must be willing and able to juggle many responsibilities in a fast-paced, somewhat quiet, but fun environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Multiple Social Media and Ads Accounts for Multiple Clients.
• Work with several departments to create and update internal and external content.
• Ability to incrementally improve ad performance.
• Ability to read, understanding, and interpret analytic reports from websites, ad channels, and social media.
• Assist in development of ads creative and analytic updates to clients monthly.
• Ability to set up and manage funnels and automations in various tech environments.
• Familiarity with graphic design and email newsletters a plus.
• Ability to meet target goals and troubleshoot/solve issues as they arise.
• Read and Respond to emails and chats daily.
• Be dedicated and committed to sharing our company culture with others.
• Be flexible and desire to grow within the company and community.

Job Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred
