Marketing & Social Media Assistant

We are a concert venue & event space in Portland that is looking for a motivated individual to assist the Marketing Director with day to day marketing tasks, including:

• Social media posts, responses, shares, etc. (Marketing Director will work with you to create a schedule each week)
• Add events to online calendars & link ticket pages to DSPs
• Create FB events & invite artists as co-hosts
• Follow up with artists/mgmt who have missing marketing requirements (via provided checklist)
• Create and/or localize show flyers & videos
• Manage the Street Team
• Print & hang posters inside venue

It’s not required, but preference will be given to those with a demonstrated knowledge and passion for the music industry.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
