Job Overview

We are a Portland-area residential remodeling company focused on creating beautiful, thoughtful spaces and delivering an excellent client experience.

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts, keep our brand visible and consistent, and help turn great projects and happy clients into future business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can both think strategically and get things done. You won’t be managing a large marketing department—you’ll be the person helping organize, execute, measure, and continually improve our marketing.

Duties

  • Own and maintain our marketing calendar and priorities.
  • Manage social media, including planning, posting, and coordinating project-related content.
  • Turn completed remodeling projects into compelling photos, stories, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Coordinate CRM, photography, video, graphic design, and other outside marketing vendors as needed.
  • Manage marketing and customer/database campaigns.
  • Help maintain and improve website content.
  • Coordinate SEO and digital marketing efforts with outside partners as appropriate.
  • Develop campaigns that generate qualified remodeling leads.
  • Support customer review and referral initiatives.
  • Help strengthen relationships with past clients, referral partners, and our local community.
  • Track marketing activity, lead sources, and results.
  • Provide simple monthly reporting on what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should focus next.
  • Identify and test new marketing opportunities without chasing every new trend.

  • Has 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
