Position Overview

TiE Oregon is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Program & Marketing Coordinator to support the organization's programs, events, marketing, communications, and membership activities.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can manage multiple projects, work independently, and help move initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director with organizational priorities, annual goals, and special initiatives.
  • Coordinate TiE Oregon programs and events, providing administrative support and managing logistics such as registration, catering, materials, signage, speakers, and event set-up/take-down.
  • Support marketing and communications, including maintaining a content calendar and creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters, social media content, promotional materials, digital graphics, event collateral, and presentations.
  • Support outreach and promotion of TiE Oregon’s programs, events, membership, services, and organizational accomplishments.
  • Maintain organizational and digital systems, including website content, databases, event registration platforms, and membership information.
  • Track program and event activity, including participation, feedback, and follow-up, and communicate progress or challenges to the Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, members, sponsors, speakers, and community partners and provide additional program, marketing, and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program coordination, marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Of
