Social Media Account Manager / Social Producer

Part-time to start, with the intention of growing into a full-time role for the right person. Monday–Friday availability required.

Cooee Creative Agency is looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager & Social Producer to join our growing team. Your official title won't be this long, we're looking for someone with both skill sets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media

from strategy through execution. You should be just as comfortable sitting with a client and leading a conversation about performance as you are developing a content strategy, building a shoot list, directing a social shoot or jumping into an edit when needed.

We are not looking for someone to simply manage a content calendar.

We’re looking for someone who can think, create, lead and take ownership.

Long term, this person will become an integral part of the agency, working closely with the founder and taking on increasing responsibility across client relationships, strategy, production and day-to-day account leadership.

What you’ll do

You’ll help lead social accounts from concept through delivery, including:

• Develop and evolve social media strategies based on each client’s goals, audience, brand and current platform behavior.
• Stay deeply informed about changes across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the wider social landscape, and translate those changes into practical strategy.
• Build monthly content plans, creative concepts, scripts, shot lists and production plans.
• Attend and help lead client content shoots.
