Remote role - may need to travel occasionally to communities in Oregon and Washington

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager helps direct the overall vision and strategy for the company’s marketing, sales, and product development functions by relying on customer-centric orientation and data metrics and providing effective leadership to the marketing, sales, and product teams. The Marketing Manager monitors company websites, oversees digital print production, and guides assisted living communities and centers in their social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive engagement and lead generation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitors and maintains company and community websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, on-brand, and optimized for user experience and search performance; coordinates updates and issue resolution with web vendors/IT as needed

2. Creates, implements, and manages marketing and sales strategies, goals, initiatives, and campaigns to achieve comprehensive results and census growth.

3. Regularly track, analyze, and report on current sales initiatives, overall performance, census metrics, and opportunities for growth.

4. Manages the full-cycle production of marketing collateral, including product ordering, flyers, direct mailers, brochures, and other print and digital materials, from concept and design through production, distribution, and inventory management

5. Oversees product development and execution of strategy. Partners with Director of Marketing and Sales to manage product lifecycle and overall performance.

6. Conducts competitive market analysis and makes recommendations based on internal and external data and industry best practices. Identifies opportunities for marketing and sales differentiators and implements innovative solutions to highlight those differentiators and target specific markets.
