Slide Entertainment is an independent entertainment company being built around music, culture, creativity, entrepreneurship, and media. Our flagship artist and founder is Travesto Leon. The long-term vision is to build Slide into a multimedia entertainment company spanning music, media, creative services, events, merchandise, and future business ventures. We're looking for a creative thinker who wants to help build something from the ground up. THE ROLE As the Founding Creative & Social Media Strategist, you'll help transform the Slide Entertainment vision into a consistent digital presence. You'll work directly with the founder to develop content ideas, social campaigns, audience-growth strategies, and promotional concepts surrounding Travesto Leon and Slide Entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop weekly social media content strategies - Identify trends and opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook - Turn music releases, photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes moments into content - Develop short-form video concepts - Help create posting calendars - Track audience growth and engagement - Research successful artists, entertainment brands, and media companies

- Help develop promotional campaigns -Brainstorm creative ways to turn audience attention into business opportunities - Participate in weekly strategy meetings - Bring ideas—not just execute instructions
