A.C.E. is seeking a Founding Chief Marketing Officer to lead one of the most important stages in the company’s development:

Taking A.C.E. from a platform being built to a platform people know, join, use, share and believe in.

We are building a platform that brings people, ideas, resources, organizations, opportunities, businesses and communities together to create growth and real impact.

Members will be able to connect with others, access resources, discover opportunities, grow personally and professionally, build relationships, strengthen their networks, collaborate, and become part of something larger than themselves.

A.C.E. is openly Christian in the principles and values behind the organization, but membership and employment are not limited by faith. We are intentionally building a broad, welcoming community centered around growth, opportunity, purpose, connection and impact.

Now we need the person who can get that message in front of people.

THE IMMEDIATE MISSION

The first priority of the Founding CMO is simple

Acquire members and create momentum.

We are not hiring someone simply to manage social media, create attractive graphics or build awareness for the sake of awareness.

We need someone who understands how to turn

Attention into interest.

Interest into engagement. Engagement into membership. Membership into community. Community into growth.

The Founding CMO will initially be hands-on across marketing, partnerships, content, outreach and acquisition.

As A.C.E. grows, this person will transition into executive leadership of a broader marketing, growth and partnerships organization.
