Role Summary

We are seeking a senior manager to own our lifecycle marketing program end-to-end—strategy, execution, testing, and revenue. The manager will shape the team, workflows, and standards from the ground up in close partnership with our Operations Department. We have Shopify purchasers, significant warm traffic from YouTube and social media, and a fast-growing 78K+ quiz-funnel audience with significant untapped upside in cadence, segmentation, advertorial creative, flows, loyalty, and personalization. This role will have the opportunity to build email and in-house SMS/RCS marketing as a founding leadership role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Day-to-day email and SMS/RCS strategy across multiple lists, and the send calendars that run them.

* Campaign, flow, content, personalization, and transactional development—from strategy through reporting and KPIs.

* Subscription and loyalty communications—building a currently ad hoc area into a deliberate, ongoing program.

* Create a disciplined testing roadmap (advertorial formats, templates, offers, landing pages), in close partnership with our Copywriter and incoming Sr. CRO & Experimentation Speciali
