Senior Demand Generation Specialist

The Opportunity

The Mortgage Firm is seeking a hands-on Senior Demand Generation Specialist to build a repeatable acquisition engine for LO Direct, our remote loan officer division. Instead of generating customer leads, this role generates qualified recruiting opportunities with Loan Originators. You will identify target audiences, create compelling campaigns, activate referral relationships, nurture prospects over a long consideration cycle, and build a measurable pipeline of potential hires.

The ideal candidate knows how to turn a growth goal into a measurable B2B acquisition system. You are equally comfortable developing strategy, writing a campaign brief, improving CRM stages, reviewing conversion data, coordinating direct mail or an event, and explaining results to executive leadership. Mortgage experience is not required; we value strong growth skills and the ability to learn a new audience quickly.

What You Will Own

• Build and maintain a segmented database of prospective loan officers using production, tenure, geography, business model, referral portability, and other available indicators.
• Develop prospect scoring and qualification criteria that prioritize self-generated, independent loan officers whose growth may be constrained by operational friction.
• Design and execute integrated acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, landing pages, paid media, webinars, events, content, and retargeting.
• Turn our existing Growth Share referral program into an active acquisition channel by identifying internal relationship paths, equipping employees with outreach tools, and tracking introductions through conversion.
• Develop messaging and proof assets that communicate the LO Direct value proposition: independence without isolation, centralized operational support, loan partner assistance, coaching, peer collaboration, and reduced branch overhead.
