The SRB Customer Communications team sits within Marketing and is responsible for all email, app push, and SMS communications between SRB’s and our customers. Within this team, the Analyst Role will oversee the strategy, execution and growth of our email channel (Our 5th largest channel) and report to the head of SRB Customer Communications. The role will be responsible for end-to-end email strategy execution, driving an aggressive testing roadmap, owning channel performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the org. What You'll Do* End-to-end ownership of Triggered Email programs across our three Specialty Retail Brands. Responsible for programming, execution, performance tracking and testing. You will keep a daily eye on health metrics, own the longer-term performance narrative, and quickly solve issues as they arise. * Shape the future of the email program–adding to the long-term vision, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ideating on potential. * Drive testing initiatives (ideation -> execution -> reporting) to drive meaningful results – lead 6 month planning cycles both internally and with cross-functional teams, prioritize the team’s work on highest-ROI initiatives, track progress and make pivots when necess
