Senior Manager, Category Marketing

This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). About the Role As Senior Manager, Category Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy for Wayfair’s emerging and high-growth categories (such as Home Improvement and Bedding). In this role, you will bridge the gap between Category Management leaders (GMs) and cross-functional marketing teams. You will identify high-potential categories, develop customer-centric growth plans (across promotions and evergreen) and build a repeatable playbook to scale nascent categories into core business engines. You will manage a team of marketing analysts, maintain strong alignment with Category General Managers, and ensure our marketing strategy balances commercial ambitions with clear customer positioning and ROI.
