The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with other team members to bring campaigns to life. They will work closely with the Digital Campaign Specialist team to support a multi-channel digital strategy for clients. The primary areas of responsibility for this role are search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

This candidate should be well-versed in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Semrush (or a similar tool), and Google Tag Manager. Their proficiency in these tools helps to advise clients on which ones to use, how to leverage them best, and when to make adjustments. The ideal candidate is someone who consumes content around these tools regularly and is always up to date on the latest updates, best practices, and changes in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft target keyword strategies based on clients’ industries and offerings.
  • Audit clients’ websites for SEO improvements and opportunities.
  • Create or collaborate with a content marketer to produce high-quality, user-focused content that aligns with keyword strategy and addresses searcher intent.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion paths.
  • Incorporate keyword research and competitor analysis to justify budget allocations and maximize ROI.
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Analyze landing page performance and recommend optimizations to improve ad relevance, quality score, and conversion rates.
