THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Media Relations Coordinator to join our in-house creative team at our Boca Raton headquarters. This is not a desk job where you post a few times a week. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your fingerprints are on everything the world sees from Man of War.

You will manage our brand presence across all platforms, produce and edit content, analyze performance, coordinate media opportunities, and play a key role in growing one of the most powerful leadership development and men's brands on the planet.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

• Manage and grow all Man of War social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create, schedule, and publish content consistently across all platforms
• Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with a strong storytelling instinct
• Develop content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies
• Moderate and respond to comments, DMs, and community engagement daily
• Bring creative ideas to the table — you must have a storyteller's eye and a builder's mindset
