Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Four Winds Chimney is looking for a hands-on creator who's as comfortable on a job site with a camera as they are in the office analyzing data. You won't be pushing templated social media posts or sitting at a desk all day. Instead, you'll own everything from event activations to email marketing to content creation, and you'll see direct business impact from your work.

You'll work directly alongside our Manager of Marketing to scale our brand and build customer relationships across multiple regional markets. Key Responsibilities

1. Event Marketing, Activations & Local Sponsorships

• Own the local market landscape: Deep-dive into regional demographics and cultural nuances to identify, secure, and execute high-impact sponsorships and grassroots partnership opportunities.
• Scout, evaluate, and secure high-impact local community events, home shows, and sponsorships across our target regions.
• Own the planning and execution of our event footprint, including booth display design, creative giveaways, and interactive consumer activations.
• Staff local events (roughly 8–10 weekends per year during peak seasons)
• Track lead generation metrics meticulously, presenting clear insights on what worked, what did not, and where to allocate future event budgets.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Produce, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website.
• Act as our on-the-ground content creator who is entirely comfortable grabbing a phone, visiting job sites, and filming our field technicians and sales teams.
• Edit rapid-turnaround vertical videos natively or via CapCut.
