Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

TML Group is looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help develop and manage marketing for our growing company and its different services and projects.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating content, developing ideas, managing social media, and turning marketing concepts into real business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create posts, Reels, Stories, captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Photograph and film projects, services, products, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital advertisements.
• Design flyers, presentations, promotional materials, and social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Maintain and update website and online content.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and online reputation.
• Research trends, local marketing opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Track engagement, reach, website traffic, leads, and campaign results.
• Work directly with management to develop new marketing ideas and opportunities.
• Help ensure consistent branding, messaging, and professional presentation across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for a business, brand, or personal account.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, Email and sms marketing
• Strong photography and short-form video skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
• Creative eye for design, photography, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and bringing new ideas to management.
