Performance Marketing Manager (Freelance / Contractor)

Job Overview

Eternal Jewelry is a small, fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid social strategy and turn ad spend into measurable ecommerce sales. You will work closely with our Social Media & Content Manager, using the content they produce as creative for your paid campaigns.

You live in Ads Manager, understand what makes an ad convert, and can translate content into performance without needing to produce it yourself.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta (and other platforms as needed) to drive ecommerce sales
• Optimize campaigns based on performance -- ROAS, CPA, CTR, and sales impact
• Work with the Social Media & Content Manager to identify which organic content and formats to turn into paid creative
• Provide feedback on what's converting to inform future content direction
• Monitor and report on paid performance metrics regularly
• Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate ad copy and campaign workflows

• Paid campaigns generating measurable ecommerce sales with improving efficiency over time
• Clear, regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI
• A tight feedback loop with the content function that improves creative performance over time

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for a product, DTC, luxury, jewelry, or ecommerce brand, with a track record of driving measurable sales
• Hands-on, proven experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager -- setting up campaigns, reading performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, spend), and optimizing based on results
• Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram from a paid perspective
• Experience with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager specifically is a strong plus
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of your daily workflow
