Social Media Manager (Contractor / Freelance)

Eternal Jewelry is a small, fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Manager to own our presence on TikTok and Instagram. You will plan, create, and appear in content that builds our brand and community -- and that our Performance Marketing Manager turns into paid campaigns to drive sales.

You know what makes content stop a scroll, and you're excited to be the face of the brand on camera.

NOTE: The role is primarily remote, with a required minimum of 4 on-site visits per month -- including studio visits in Newtown, PA and event/content shoots across Philadelphia, Bucks County, New Jersey, and New York City.

What You Will Do

• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar for TikTok and Instagram
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content, reels, stories, and graphics that reflect the brand aesthetic
• Appear on camera regularly for video shoots at the studio and at events -- this is a core part of the role
• Grow our organic following and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
• Monitor and report on organic performance metrics regularly
• Coordinate with our Performance Marketing Manager to identify content that's a strong fit for paid campaigns
• Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate content ideation and creative workflows

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent, on-brand content publishing across TikTok and Instagram
• Growing organic engagement and follower count month over month
• A steady stream of creative ideas and content that feels fresh and on-trend
• Content that performs well enough to fuel paid campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media management experience for a product, DTC, luxury, jewelry, or ecommerce brand
• Confident and natural on camera -- you are comfortable being the face of content in short-form videos, reels, and live shoots
• Strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine understanding of what perform
