Location: 100% Remote // Pay band: $70 - $80K Annually

Role Overview

Our Sr. Copywriter will craft clear, compelling, and accessible narratives that move 55+ audiences to

think, feel, and act. Sitting inside the Creative & Digital team and partnering closely with Strategy,

Account Services, PR/Comms, and Production, this role turns insights and briefs into platform-ready

concepts and copy. From brand platforms and campaign storylines to websites, email, social, video, and

print.

You’ll adapt voice and tone across brands, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate through

iterative reviews to ship work on time and on brief. Success looks like ideas that ladder up to strategy,

language that’s simple and human, and copy that makes people feel valued and heard. Measured by

engagement, conversion, and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, crisp editing, an eye for inclusive language, and

the ability to present and defend work with calm, constructive collaboration in a fast, multi-project

environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Concept & Ideation

○ Translate briefs into big ideas, campaign storylines, and platformable concepts.

○ Partner with art/design to build integrated copy–visual narratives.

● Channel Writing

○ Write short- and long-form copy for web, landing pages, email, social, video, print, and

ads.

○ Craft headlines, taglines, CTAs, scripts, VO, and microcopy (forms, buttons, error states).

● Brand Voice & Consistency

○ Develop/maintain voice and tone guides; adap
