Pardot Email Marketing Specialist & Website Project Manager (Part-Time Contract)

SkyDiamond Media is hiring a part-time contractor to own two lanes for one of our membership-based clients: email marketing in Salesforce/Pardot, and front-end website project management. This is a client-facing role. You will be on calls with stakeholders, not working through an account manager.

You are accountable for outcomes, not just execution. The two numbers that matter are conversion rate (visitors to members) and retention of existing members.

EMAIL MARKETING (SALESFORCE / PARDOT)

Create and build emails in Pardot against the marketing calendar the client provides. Own email marketing performance end to end. Improve visitor-to-member conversion rate. Support retention of existing members. Manage list hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance.

FRONT-END WEBSITE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Own the website conversion strategy: turning visitors into members and supporting existing members. Build and run sprint plans with the client. Manage the website developer, including scope, prioritization, review, and shipping. Translate client requests into clear briefs and tickets.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years hands-on in Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Demonstrated ownership of email performance metrics, not just campaign execution. Experience managing a developer or dev team through website sprints. Working knowledge of WordPress. Comfortable building and editing HTML email templates. Strong written communication and proofreading. Professional presence with client stakeholders. Available during standard US business hours, Central time, for client calls.

PREFERRED

Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused industry. Salesforce, Zapier, Gravity Forms. Landing page and CRO experience. Agency background.

ENGAGEMENT
