Position Title: Healthy Bluffdale PT Marketing Coordinator Status: Part-time; no benefits Salary: $20 – 26 per hour; depending on experience (Grant Funded) Closing Date: Until filled

GENERAL PURPOSE

This is a part-time dynamic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful public health initiative while developing valuable skills in facilitation and community engagement. Under the general supervision of the coalition coordinator and Bluffdale City this position serves as a marketing coordinator to the Healthy Bluffdale Coalition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement, public health, and creative marketing. The coordinator will lead and support outreach efforts, manage digital content, and help implement strategic marketing campaigns that promote the coalition’s goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Work with coalition leadership to develop and execute community-focused marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Content Creation

Write blog posts, design flyers, create social media content, and develop email marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

Assist in scheduling and managing posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Outreach

Develop/implement a marketing plan focused on increasing HBC's visibility and engagement within Bluffdale schools and the broader community.

Email Marketing

Assist with newsletter creation, design, and distribution, including audience segmentation.

Campaign Monitoring

Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and report on key metrics.

Collaboration

Work closely with the coalition and city to brainstorm and implement new strategies.

Performs related duties as necessary.
