Paid Media Specialist

Dash Media is hiring a Paid Media & Funnel Specialist to build, manage, and optimize paid lead-generation systems for our clients.

This role owns the process from Meta ad → funnel → CRM → follow-up → reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Create ad creative and copy
• Build landing pages and lead-generation funnels
• Create qualification forms and lead capture systems
• Set up and manage clients inside GoHighLevel
• Build CRM pipelines, workflows, calendars, SMS, and email automations
• Connect Meta campaigns, funnels, and CRM tracking
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ads, audiences, offers, and funnels
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns and funnels based on performance data
• Onboard new clients into the Dash system
• Prepare monthly client performance reports
• Troubleshoot campaign, funnel, CRM, and integration issues

Requirements

• Experience managing Meta Ads
• Experience building lead-generation funnels
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Experience with GoHighLevel preferred
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, tracking, and integrations
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently

Experience with mortgage, real estate, financial services, or other lead-generation businesses is a plus.

Position

• Part-time to start
• Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially
• Hours will increase as Dash adds clients
• $25–$27/hour, based on experience
• Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role
• Opportunity for performance-based profit sharing as the company grows
