About the Role

We’re a growing marketing company based in Oklahoma City focused on helping businesses generate real results through strategy, content, and advertising. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing Sales Representative to help bring in new clients and build long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident in starting conversations, and interested in earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying potential clients, starting conversations, and turning those opportunities into new business. You’ll be responsible for:

• Prospecting and reaching out to businesses that could benefit from marketing support
• Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Presenting our services in a clear, approachable way
• Maintaining relationships with the clients you bring in
• Work from anywhere— fully remote role with the flexibility to work wherever you’re most productive

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently. You don’t need years of experience, but you should be confident communicating and willing to learn.

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business growth
• Ability to manage your own time and pipeline
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential and no cap.

• 10-20% commission on all deals you close
• Bonus for appointments
• Opportunity to earn ongoing monthly commission on retained clients

Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
