Pickaxe is a growing Bitcoin mining and technology infrastructure company, and we're building a network of creators to help us expand our reach across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

Through our View Pipeline creator program, we're hiring creative, ambitious individuals who want to get paid to make short-form videos for real businesses.

We're not looking for someone to make boring corporate advertisements.

We want people who understand social media, can come up with genuinely interesting content ideas, and know how to make videos people actually want to watch.

You do not need thousands of followers. You need to know how to create good content.

What You'll Be Creating

You'll initially work with Pickaxe, creating short-form content about Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, technology, entrepreneurship, and the business of Bitcoin mining.

Potential content includes

• Entertaining and educational videos about Bitcoin mining and how it works.
• Viral-style videos explaining interesting developments in cryptocurrency and technology.
• Short-form storytelling about entrepreneurs, businesses, and the crypto industry.
• Reactions to trending news, industry developments, and popular misconceptions.
• Videos showcasing Bitcoin mining hardware, facilities, and technology.
• Creative skits, commentary, interviews, and other attention-grabbing formats.
• Recurring content series where you become a recognizable personality associated with the brand.

We want creators who can take a subject that might sound complicated or boring and turn it into something genuinely entertaining.

For example, instead of making a generic video explaining a Bitcoin mining machine, you might create a video around:

• "This machine costs thousands of dollars. Here's what it actually does."
• "Why are companies spending millions building Bitcoin mining facilities?"
• "Here's something most people don't understand about Bitcoin mining."
• "What actually happens inside a Bitcoin mining operation?"

You don't need to be a cryptocurrency expert when you apply. We'll provide background information, approved talking points, and creative direction.

But you should be willing to learn about the industry and bring your own ideas to the table.

How You'll Get Paid

Unlike traditional social media positions, our compensation structure is designed to reward creators who produce content that performs.

1. Pay Per Video

You'll receive a fixed payment for each approved video you create.

Compensation depends on the type of content, production quality, experience, and complexity of the assignment.

We provide clear briefs and agreed-upon rates before work begins.

2. Performance Bonuses

We believe creators should benefit when their content performs exceptionally well.

Eligible videos can earn additional bonuses for reaching agreed view milestones, including:

• 10,000 views
• 100,000 views
• 1,000,000 views
• 10,000,000 views

The specific bonus amounts, eligible platforms, measurement windows, and maximum payouts will be established for each assignment.

3. Referral Commissions

This is where the opportunity gets especially interesting.

Pickaxe sells Bitcoin mining equipment and provides infrastructure and hosting services.

When your content helps introduce qualified customers to our business, you may be eligible to earn additional referral commissions on qualifying completed sales.

We'll provide trackable referral links, codes, or other attribution methods so eligible conversions can be credited to your content.

Referral commission terms, qualification requirements, and payment timing will be agreed upon in advance.

4. Opportunities for Ongoing Work

We're not just looking for one-off videos.

Creators who consistently deliver great content may receive

• Recurring weekly or monthly assignments.
• Higher per-video compensation.

• Priority access to additional campaigns through View Pipeline.

The goal is to build relationships with talented creators who want to grow alongside the businesses they're helping promote.

What You'll Actually Do

• Brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts based on trends, audience interests, and brand objectives.
• Record engaging vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Deliver strong opening hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Explain business, Bitcoin, technology, and entrepreneurship topics in an entertaining, understandable way.
• Follow creative briefs while bringing your own personality and ideas to the content.
• Submit footage or finished videos according to the assignment requirements.
• Incorporate reasonable feedback and revisions.
• Collaborate with our team to understand which videos are performing and why.
• Experiment with new content formats and improve based on results.

Most content will be published on brand-owned social media accounts. You are not required to publish videos to your personal accounts unless separately agreed.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in creators who:

• Understand short-form social media and what makes videos engaging.
• Are comfortable speaking naturally and confidently on camera.
• Have a good sense of humor, storytelling, or an interesting personality.
• Can make complex topics simple and entertaining.
• Are familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Are dependable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Enjoy experimenting with different hooks, formats, and content ideas.
• Want to improve their skills and build a portfolio of successful content.

You do not need

• A large social media following.
• Previous professional influencer partnerships.
• Expensive cameras or studio equipment.
• A degree in marketing or communications.
• Extensive experience in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency.

A smartphone, clear audio, good lighting, and strong creative instincts can be enough for many assignments.

Bonus Qualifications

These are helpful, but not required

• Experience creating videos that have reached 10,000, 100,000, or more views.
• Experience producing UGC advertisements or organic social content.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing software.
• An interest in Bitcoin, crypto, finance, entrepreneurship, or technology.
• Experience creating recurring social media series.
• Ability to write strong hooks and scripts.
• Previous experience helping a brand grow on social media.

• Your best 2–3 videos. Ideally, examples that demonstrate strong hooks, storytelling, personality, or audience engagement.
• A short introduction. Tell us what kinds of videos you enjoy making and why you'd be a good fit.
• Your experience with short-form content. Have you made videos that performed particularly well? Tell us about them.
• Optional: Pitch us an idea. Give us one short-form video concept you think could make Bitcoin mining, crypto, or entrepreneurship interesting to a broad audience.

We care much more about your creativity, personality, and understanding of social media than a traditional resume.
