Marketing Manager

Mala Child & Family Institute is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Part-Time Marketing Manager to support the growth and visibility of our multidisciplinary practice. This role will oversee day-to-day marketing efforts across social media, our website, print materials, and internal marketing support, while also helping us better understand how our marketing efforts translate into referrals and client enrollment.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing—someone who can design an engaging social media post one day, update a webpage the next, and then look at enrollment data to help determine what is (and isn't) working.

• Position: Marketing Manager
• Schedule: Part-time
• Location: Hybrid — a combination of remote work and in-person work at Mala offices

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Design, create, schedule, and post engaging content across Mala's social media platforms
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics
• Develop content that highlights Mala's services, clinicians, groups, workshops, and community presence
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and referral interest

Website Management

• Create, edit, and maintain webpages through Squarespace
• Keep service pages, staff profiles, groups, events, and other website content current
• Identify opportunities to improve website content and navigation to better support prospective clients and referral partners
• Monitor website performance and engagement metrics

Marketing Materials & Design

• Design promotional materials including flyers, handouts, brochures, guides, postcards, and other print/digital materials
• Coordinate printing and ordering of marketing materials as needed
• Ensure materials are visually consistent with Mala's brand and accurately represent our services
