Marketing Lead & Creative Director

The role

You own how PawsRx shows up in the world, from the first idea to the ad that puts us in front of the right person. You will work directly with both founders on marketing strategy, take concepts from ideation through shooting and editing, and ship them on a content calendar across every platform.

What you’ll actually do

• Sit in on strategy: Weekly working sessions with both founders on positioning, campaign direction, and what we want people to feel when they encounter PawsRx.
• Ideate: Bring concepts to the table. Kill ours when yours are better. We have a backlog to start from, not a script to follow.
• Shoot and edit: You produce the work. It only takes an iPhone and a MacBook. We are making native, fast, platform-appropriate content, not commercials with crews.
• Own the calendar and accounts: The founders will build a content calendar with you, and then it is yours to own and execute. You run the socials.
• Build the campaigns with the founders: Audiences, targeting, and creative in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. We ideate, build, and launch together.
• Close the loop: What worked, what did not, and your read on why. Then we all decide what to make next.

Scope

Creative direction, production, content calendar, and paid campaign builds for social and search.

Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Facebook. Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Production

Shot on iPhone, cut on a MacBook. Everything we are planning is designed to be made that way, so you will not need any gear you do not already own.Hours10 hours a week, batched rather than daily. Expect to shoot in blocks and ship across the week, with room to scale hours up if you want them.

Location

Fully remote, with the ability to meet us in person in LA as necessary. Both founders are CA-based.
