Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant (MA) to join our innovative marketing team for Fall 2026 season. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing basketball program. We are in-need of a MA that can create quality canva recruitment documents, help edit team photoshoots, etc. Additionally help the media team throughout the various campaigns and projects during the season.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for LA WOLVES. From recruitment flyers to post-game stat sheets.
• Develop charts to strategise where to promote within our client base
• Conduct web analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to assess website traffic and user behavior.
• Oversee Ad creation
• Share strategic findings in bi-weekly marketing meetings
• Hybrid schedule (Mostly remote/ some in-person). Must reside in Los Angeles, CA
• Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Ability to work remotely effectively
• Dependable
• Must have experience with graphic design
• Familiarity with business editing tools.
• Excellent data interpretation skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for presenting research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
